Water

Water can flush out toxins in the body.  It can help your body digest and utilize the nutrients that come from your food.  It can reduce feelings of hunger.  Research has shown that headaches and backaches can come from being dehydrated.  Need another reason?  Water can also hydrate your skin, causing you to look younger.   For optimal health, drink ½ ounce of water per pound of body weight each day.
